Invoicing that works offline, for traders who price against the dollar
Make the invoice before the buyer leaves. With no signal.
Price it against today's dollar, number it and send it on WhatsApp, even in a shop with no bars. Your buyer can pay straight from the message, and when the dollar moves you are told which prices to change.
- Works with no signal
- Prices that follow the dollar
- 160 currencies
- No fee today
The buyer is at the counter. The network is not.
You write it in a book, or you wait on an app that needs signal. Either way, the buyer waits.

Price proposals
It tells you what to change. You decide.
Every price remembers the rate it was set at. When the dollar moves further than your limit, InvoPrice works out the new figure and puts it on one list: take it, type your own, or keep yours. Nothing changes on its own, and when the dollar falls, the prices that should come down are on the same list.

The difference
No signal. The sale still happens.
Price it, number it and hand the buyer a PDF in airplane mode. When signal comes back it saves to your account by itself, with nothing for you to remember.
- Airplane mode on
- ADZ-0214 issued, NGN 18,750.00
- PDF shared with the buyer
- Signal back. Saved to your account
Your buyer's side
They get it on WhatsApp. Nothing to install.
The message has everything they need to pay: the amount, your account and the reference, so they can pay straight from it. A picture or PDF carries the same. Once your phone has sent the invoice to InvoPrice it carries a link as well, which opens in any browser with no app and no account. One tap copies your account number, and they tell you they have paid from the same page.
Currencies
Sell in your own money
Choose one of 160 when you set up. Every figure is then written with that currency's code and its own decimals, so a buyer anywhere knows what they are asked to pay.

Questions
Before you install
What does it cost?
Nothing today. If that changes, the app tells you first, with notice, and nothing you already sent is ever charged. Terms of Service
Does it work with no data?
Yes, the whole sale. It saves to your account by itself when signal comes back, the home screen shows whether it has, and Sync now sends it the moment you ask. How
Does it change my prices by itself?
No. When the dollar moves past your limit it shows you which prices that affects and what each would be, and you take it or keep yours. Doing nothing changes nothing. How that works
Which currencies can I sell in?
Any of 160. You pick yours at setup, and the decimals follow it: none for a shilling, two for a naira, three for a dinar.
Which countries is it for?
Any. Choose your country when you sign up, or write your number with + and its country code. The terms are under Nigerian law. Terms of Service
What happens to my data?
It lives on your phone and on our servers in Europe. We never sell it, you can delete it from More in the app, and every time our staff open anything of yours it is recorded. Privacy Policy
Is it on the Play Store?
Not yet. It is one file from this site, and Android warns you before installing it, as it does for anything from outside the store. Get it
