Asking about your account
Your invoices, a price that looks wrong, a phone you cannot sign in on, or a question about what we hold. Write in English and say what you were doing when it went wrong, and include your business name so we can find you.
We do not ask for your PIN and we cannot read it. Anyone who does is not us.
Reporting a security problem
If you have found a way into somebody's account, a way to read data that is not yours, or a way to change an invoice you did not issue, tell us at security@invoprice.com.
Send what you did, in enough detail to reproduce it. We answer, we say what we found, and we tell you when it is fixed.
We will not take legal action against somebody who reports a problem to us in good faith and does not use it. In return: do not read, change or delete anybody else's data while you are proving it, and give us time to fix it before you publish.
