Terms of Service

Last updated 5 October 2026

These terms govern your use of our mobile app and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Forone Unique Services ("we" or "us"), a business name registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria under number BN 3913515, at 37 Okilton Drive, Ada George Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. "You" means the person or business using the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and use the Service for a business. If you use it for a company or partnership, you confirm that you may agree to these terms on its behalf.

3. The Service

The Service helps you keep your products and prices, make, number and share invoices, and record the payments you receive.

We do not hold, move or process money. We are not a bank, a payment service or a lender. Your buyers pay you directly into your own bank account, and recording a payment in the Service records what you received; it does not move any funds.

4. Your account

Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them current. Keep your PIN and your devices secure, because you are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

5. Your content

What you enter is yours: your products, prices, customers and invoices. You allow us to store, process and display it only to provide the Service, for example to show an invoice to the buyer you send it to. You are responsible for what your invoices say, including amounts and taxes, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business. We do not check your invoices.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to invoice for anything illegal, to pretend to be a business you are not, to send invoices to people who did not buy from you, or to harass anyone. Do not try to reach other people's accounts, disrupt the Service, or copy or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

7. Fees

The Service is free today. There is no subscription and no fee on what you invoice. If we introduce fees, we will tell you in the app before they apply, with time to decide, and you will never be charged for an invoice you already sent.

8. Exchange rates and price suggestions

Exchange rates come from a public source, can be delayed, and are shown with their age. Price suggestions are for information. What you charge is your decision, and the Service never changes a price unless you accept it.

9. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service running and your records safe, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever stop offering the Service, we will give you notice and a way to keep a copy of your records.

10. What we do not promise

We do not promise that the Service will never have faults, that an exchange rate it shows suits your trade, or that a buyer will pay an invoice. An invoice is a document, not a guarantee of payment. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time and delete your account and everything in it from More in the app, without asking us. Deletion happens after a 30-day grace period, and signing in during that period cancels it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, and if we do, you can still export your records. Invoices you already sent stay with the buyers who received them.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes go to the Nigerian courts. Where a term here and Nigerian law disagree, the law wins.

14. Contact

For any question about these terms, write to us using the details on our contact page. A person reads every message.
